Catskills food scene is about to get a new star with the launch of Feast & Friends, a one-of-a-kind dining experience designed for food lovers, social adventurers, and community seekers alike.
Shandaken Inn is exited to announce a new dining experience that would pay homage to the supper club era, heritage, the long and valiant history of dishes which weaved a thread through time, pulling our family and friends closer.
Feast & Friends will officially launch on Sunday, February 23rd at Shandaken Inn offering a curated family-style menu, an intimate atmosphere, and a night of fun for an unforgettable evening the last Sunday of every month.
The menus would reflect hearty yet simple comforts and are an ode to a bountiful table with all the shared abundant and vibrant dishes passed around. Our food will be unifying – reaching across the table to bring everyone in. There is certainly the beauty and care with which ingredient will be presented, it’s also the rich history and intense symbolism the ingredients tell, but mostly, it is how cuisines exude a warmth and generosity that has withstood centuries.
Each event will be tailored to surprise and delight guests with not only bold flavors and elegant pairings, but also entertainment by local vintage vinyl DJ’s spinning classics and guest appearances by local brewers, distillers, and wine makers.
